A wonderful, clean romance! These characters are true to life and show their faith while making decisions and facing life complications。 Beautiful imagery of life on a working guest farm and how lives intersect to find true meaning。 I loved these characters and look forward to reading about others in this fascinating series。

I had an ARC for this book, but this is my voluntary and honest opinion。 Everly Cooper is engaged to a successful businessman until she learns he cheated on her。 As always, her brother Ridge’s best friend Blake Larson is near and distracts her。 Everly is promoted to a new position at Wolf Creek Ranch。 The plot of this book includes a fiancé who won’t give up, a new love, and overcoming the past。 This second book in this series won’t disappoint。

Everly is about to board a plane to meet her fiancé when she discovers he’s been cheating。 Her brother’s friend Blake returns to the airport to take her back to the house she had been planning to live in with David after they were married。 It isn’t a house she can continue to live in, so she moves in temporarily with her brother, Ridge and Blake。 Blake has always wanted to be more than a friend to Everly, and he might just get the chance to show her what love can be。 This is a clean romance seri Everly is about to board a plane to meet her fiancé when she discovers he’s been cheating。 Her brother’s friend Blake returns to the airport to take her back to the house she had been planning to live in with David after they were married。 It isn’t a house she can continue to live in, so she moves in temporarily with her brother, Ridge and Blake。 Blake has always wanted to be more than a friend to Everly, and he might just get the chance to show her what love can be。 This is a clean romance series and although the books stand alone, the characters continue through the series as other characters are introduced。 I definitely look forward to more in this series。 。。。more

I was lucky enough to be asked to read this book before it was released to the general public。 With that said, this is my honest review of this book。 I'm a sucker for the "brother's best friend" trope and it's even better when it is also a "friends to love" story also。 You can't help but love both of these characters。 Blake's tenderness and long lived love is what sweet dreams are made of in my mind。 Blake and Everly are two people who deserve a happily ever after, and Mandi Blake delivered just I was lucky enough to be asked to read this book before it was released to the general public。 With that said, this is my honest review of this book。 I'm a sucker for the "brother's best friend" trope and it's even better when it is also a "friends to love" story also。 You can't help but love both of these characters。 Blake's tenderness and long lived love is what sweet dreams are made of in my mind。 Blake and Everly are two people who deserve a happily ever after, and Mandi Blake delivered just that。 Bonus: This book is really setting us up for the next in the series where we get to see good things happen for Everly's brother (who is also Blake's best friend)。 That's something I love about the way Mandi Blake writes。 。。。more

3。5 ⭐️Sweetness, chivalry, suspense, faith and a ranch。 What I enjoyed about this book: I loved Everly and Blake’s unique personalities。 She’s a sweet, easygoing gal but definite introvert—yet she has the character to stand for things that matter。 For example: she may be a pushover regarding silly stuff but she won’t compromise her standards on purity and she also has a big heart for other people。 Loved that。 Blake is also a man of character, willing to sacrifice his own happiness for those he l 3。5 ⭐️Sweetness, chivalry, suspense, faith and a ranch。 What I enjoyed about this book: I loved Everly and Blake’s unique personalities。 She’s a sweet, easygoing gal but definite introvert—yet she has the character to stand for things that matter。 For example: she may be a pushover regarding silly stuff but she won’t compromise her standards on purity and she also has a big heart for other people。 Loved that。 Blake is also a man of character, willing to sacrifice his own happiness for those he loves。 He is also funny and spontaneous where Everly is not。 I also always appreciate when characters look to the Lord for wisdom! This may be fiction, but God is real and truly we can’t get any better advice than to look to him。 I would love to see that go a little deeper in future books 😉Oh I must add this—the cover is so beautiful! I absolutely love that the author used a REAL couple and had a photo shoot done。 Love that! (Potential SPOILER)What I didn’t like: there’s really not very much! The leads end up living under same roof, which initially made me feel kind of unsure about that。 However, considering she had no where to go, and it was with her brother also, I appreciated that it was made clear that there was nothing sketchy going on。 They wouldn’t date even while in that setting (maybe that should go under what I liked/respected!)。This was a light, enjoyable read for me。 I needed one at the time which was a plus! I really want to visit a ranch again now :) I felt like I related better to these characters than the last book though I liked seeing Jameson and Ava again (as well as other previous characters!) Also, I look forward to reading Ridge’s story in the future—keep an eye out for the teaser at the end ❤️I received an advanced reading copy of this book, but was not required to give a positive review。 These are entirely my own opinions。 。。。more

I've been on the edge of my seat waiting to read Mandi Blake's Almost Everything, ever since I finished the first book in the Wolf Creek Ranch series, Truth is a Whisper。 I had pretty high expectations for this one, and yet somehow, once again, she managed to exceed every single one of them。 This wonderful, clean faith based romance was everything I could have wanted in a story and so much more, and the real world pretty much ceased to exist while I was caught up in Everly and Blake's developing I've been on the edge of my seat waiting to read Mandi Blake's Almost Everything, ever since I finished the first book in the Wolf Creek Ranch series, Truth is a Whisper。 I had pretty high expectations for this one, and yet somehow, once again, she managed to exceed every single one of them。 This wonderful, clean faith based romance was everything I could have wanted in a story and so much more, and the real world pretty much ceased to exist while I was caught up in Everly and Blake's developing romance。I loved the set up of the romance in this one。 Everly and Blake have known each other forever, as he's the best friend of her older brother。 However, she's been in a relationship with someone else for a lot of years, and Blake refuses to let her know how he feels when she's engaged to someone else。 When Everly's fiance cheats on her, and their relationship falls apart, Blake is the first one their to comfort her。 Soon he has trouble keeping his feelings in check, and Everly is beginning to realize that she's feeling someone for the one guy she always thought was out of bounds。Their romance is both swoon worthy and realistic, and I loved the maturity that both characters showed throughout their growth and authentic struggles as a new couple trying to figure each other out, while still staying true to their faith。 The setting of this one is probably my favorite of any of Mandi's books so far, as Wolf Creek Ranch is truly becoming near and dear to my heart。 The secondary characters are all a hoot, and care so much for each other, and I love how the entire ranch feels like one big family。 I especially enjoyed getting to learn more about Everly and Blake's relationship with her brother Ridge, and the set up to the next book being his story。All in all, Mandi Blake has written another wonderful romance that kept me glued to the pages, and never wanting to see it come to an end。 If you've never read one of her titles before, then this is a great one to start with!Final Rating: 5/5。I can't possibly recommend this one enough, and I can't wait to read Ridge's story!
